Suites, Studios & Penthouses
Anything from a Studio to a sea view boasting 3 bedroom Penthouse. Our Studio rooms feature queen-size beds and luxurious bathrooms with a kitchennette while our Suites & Penthouses offer separate living and sleeping areas, fully fledged kitchen, and en-suite bathrooms per room. All fully serviced with a reception to attend you and a daily cleaning service.

When booking a long stay you will be able to choose from 3 room types:
1 bedroom suite
2 bedroom suite
2 bedroom suite superior
50% deposit is paid upfront and 50% at check in. 1 month guarantee is required. (Refunded at check out).
Housekeeping service is carried out once a week as well as change of bathroom towels and bed linens.

1. Prize Details
The winner will receive a 3-night stay in a 1-bedroom penthouse for 2 people.
The stay must take place between November and March, from Monday to Friday (check-in Monday, check-out Thursday).
The prize is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
2. Eligibility
The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
The winner must provide a valid ID at check-in.
3. Booking & Redemption
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
The winner must redeem the prize within 6 months from the date of the raffle draw.
Advance reservation is required, and the stay is subject to room availability.
The winner must use the same name and contact details as the original raffle entry when making the booking.
The "suitelife" code must be used when confirming the stay.
4. Stay Conditions
The stay is for two (2) guests only; no additional guests are allowed.
The prize does not include meals, transportation, or additional services unless stated otherwise.
Standard hotel policies regarding check-in, check-out, and guest behavior apply.
Any damage to the property during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest.
5. Cancellation & Modifications
The booking cannot be modified once confirmed.
If the winner is unable to redeem the stay within the validity period, the prize will be forfeited.
6. Liability & Disqualification
The hotel reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity.
The hotel is not responsible for any loss, injury, or unforeseen circumstances affecting the winner’s stay.
